~ Marina Bay Sands Finale ~

If you had been my blog follower (yeah, self denial mode, nobody reads it) my blog will never be without food. So here it is, a super duper detailed entry on the lunch buffet I have at MBS.

Rise at MBS is located at Tower One. Do make a reservation as it is always full.

Not to mention the Pino waitresses all pull a long face while talking to you. I can see her mentally rolling her eyes like every few seconds while talkin to my aunt. She's lucky that she's not talking to me. She would have gotten the worst from me. Both she and her colleague.
Bright and fuss free decor with natural light streaming in from the glass windows. Uncle Benny was thinking if the trees planted in the giant vase is real or fake. PS: They're real.
White table ware from Wedgewoods. Their hotel collection, which would mean it doesn't cost as much. Get ready for photos of ALL the food available at the buffet.
Their bread selection. I can imagine BFF's eyes going wide with excitement.
Three types of soup. Beef, Mushroom and Vegetable Minestrone..
Mediterranean cuisine on display and the chef cooking pasta of your choice with the various types of sauces at the background.
Chinese cuisine served in woks and I even see people scooping white rice to go with them.
Indian cuisine and roasted meat/duck that the chef chops on the spot for you.
Part of the salad bar.

DIY salad. I love DIY salad, will always get cold prawns to go with them.. BFF once commented that I make nice ones. LOL! *Shy*

Free flow of bacon bits, cheese, croutons and I forgot what else.

The cold seafood platter. Check out my favourite prawns! Such a lovely orange hue.

The Japanese section. Do you know the sushi flies off the rack everytime it is being replenished?

The fruits section. Loads of people attacking the various tropical fruits like mango, jackfruit, logan, pineapple and watermelon. I shared a peach with aunt. Yummy! Very sweet and fragrant!

One of the must have in buffets recently. Everywhere we go there would be a chocolate fountain. I don't recall seeing one in my younger days when we had buffet. Fresh strawberries, fruits, bread sticks and other co-ordinates to go with.

The dessert area. The station is rounded and thus I walked about taking photos.

Cakes and puddings. PS: The berry cake on left bottom corner is to die for! the chocolate mousse isn't too sweet and is rich enough to make me drool.

Eclairs, Madeline's and various cakes that are erm.. more boring.. whahahhaa..

Cinnamon roll, bread and butter pudding and other local desserts are also available.

Mango soup, Kueh Dar Dar and even crepes are done to your liking.

This detailed blog post is sincerely brought to you by Miss Angie/Piggy.

And proudly sponsored by Madam Koh. This is Bitchy Lee, signing off. Have a great day! See you at MBS!
