Vevuzela !?!?

Found this at my neighbour's table and was oh so tempted to take a photo of it. So Gen and I took photo with the Vevuzela before we knocked off for work.

Seriously it's so difficult to take a nice photo with it while acting like we're blowing it so other methods had to be invented.

Holding it like it's ur crutches?

Or trying to blow it the other way round? Lol! You decide!

I'm too old for...

Loitering at void decks.. Or rather, my neighbourhood has been too unfriendly for loitering. It wasn't like that when I was in Secondary school or in Poly. Maybe I'm now too old.

Met Nana at the void deck and chatted. I missed her oh so much can! New job has kept her so busy that we cant meet as often and this dear sweet lady made the effort to come over just to chat! She lives in the west can!

All I want to say is that, I love my BFF! Muacks!

I know how they feel now...

I know how a new born baby feels, when he/she just popped out of their mum's belly?!? or should I say body? Cause technically it is not belly right? It's their womb and the exit point is... Let's not get into details...

As I was saying, I know how a newborn baby feels now. Or rather, I knew how they feel for the longest time but just did not put two and two together. And I digress. The feeling would be like getting out of the MRT!

No, not just the normal MRT rides. I know you must be thinking I'm crazy. But! I mean, early morning, 845am crowd MRT rides. The pushing and shoving of bodies would most probably mimick the contractions of the mummy. When you reach Raffles Place, even without moving, you get shoved out of the MRT. Pop! You're out. Especially when your shoulders finally get disengaged from the other shoulders around you. Doesn't it feel like a newborn baby, finally out of the womb/tunnel/passage?

I witness an auntie almost losing her balance when she was shoved out.. Pop! Out comes baby! Food for thought...

~ Entre Nous Creperie ~

Tucked in a small corner/shop next to Raffles Hotel, this is one little cafe that I have been wanting to try ever since Nana posted on her blog.

Pages and pages of crepes of different ingredients that left us spoilt for choices.
Pretty empty on a Sunday late afternoon. I guess the crowd usually comes in on weekdays.

La Ouessant we had. Buck wheat crepe with eggs, hams, emmental cheese and mushrooms. Yummy yummy!

Came with a mini bowl of salad. Healthy! We had the apple with salted caramel (Geraldine's Favourite) for dessert and I must rave about it! Sorry I lost the photo of it. The caramel is GOOOoooooooooodddddddd~!!!! It ain't too sweet and it ain't too saltish.. It is jussstttttt NICE! Go try it!

Collected My Photos!

Today! Here's my choice for my huge ass bed portrait. The length is the width of my queen bed mattress.. lol! Collected all the barang barang and headed to Justco thinking to grab a bed sheet at Akemi. Godness gracious! RM199 for a simple set of bedsheets! Thank god the sales man is honest enough to let us know there would be 70% off next weekend so next weekend it would be, for the purchase of bedsheets. Going to load the photos into FB but only family and a selected few will get to see. Rest of you, Cya on 10th Oct 2010!

We found the dress!

Yes we did. From Ion we shopped the whole of Wisma, then to Paragon, to Tangs, to Far East and down to 313 and Orchard central... And she finally found her dress! Got dead beat that I forgot to take any pictures other than the chicken hor fun I was having at Old Town. Tucked in and totally forgotten about all other photos for the food. Yep, I was dead beat.. Glad she found her dress! Now to convince her about the belt... lol!
