Pilates!

I've forgotten how good it feels to do pilates. The feeling of the abs crunching to hold each and every position and the trembling from the exertions.. I love it!

So very very tempted to sign up for Pure Yoga, I can imagine tues yoga and thurs yoga core.. But finances doesn't allow me to commit. Not to worry, sports hall by the Singapore Sports Council has them! At a fraction of the price!

Thank you Gen for accompanying me for Yoga Core yesterday.. I had fun!

Pure Yoga

Went for the one week trial at Pure Yoga yesterday and I must say it is nothing like what I went through at the Sports Hall. Classes are tougher and more enjoyable as I can see the various poses of Yoga compared to the classes at the sports hall which are mainly stretching exercises that the instructors conjured up and only 10% of yoga poses.

Was supposed to wake up at 1am to catch Jose but overslept and jumped up from the bed at 330am. Well, thank god I am still in time for the various reclass and I am glad I took the effort as Jose didn't refresh my report till I was online to ask him to do it! Emails obviously doesn't work on this guy...

In any case, I went back to bed at 7am and here I am working again... Sigh.. That fellow didn't refresh the report again. He was supposed to do so after the entries are in... Let hope he does so tomorrow..

Hot classic yoga tomorrow at Pure Yoga.. I hope I survive.. 75mins okie! Thanks to Gen who wanted to try.. I wana do Yoga Core!

~ Happy Birthday Mummy (Part 3) ~

We agreed to go out for dinner and shop about Orchard after I was done with my reports but Mummy got lazy and didn't want to travel.

And so she suggested Tampines Mall, Ding Tai Fung. The picture above's my new house. Mummy made dad drive us there to peep before we head for dinner.

I seriously have no idea why Tampines mall reminds to be so packed and crowded. Even Tampines 1 and Century Square cant fight it. Must be the feng shui. There's something about Tampines Mall that draws crowds.

The prawn pancake. Order this for the old folks to try. Yummy!

Mum's pork cutlet noodle.

And our favourite fried rice. Ro asked how many times the photo of the prawn fried rice.. countless!

Shanghai drunken chicken that tasted like our normal boiled chicken with chinese wine.

A must have! Soup dumplings! My favourite from Ding Tai Fung!

Mr Ro finally got to try his layered cake. I can never have enough space at the end of the meal to let him order and try. With 4 person, he gets to try! Normal lor... Lol!

Happy Birthday Mummy!

ARGHHHHHHHH~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY! WHY! WHY! Why must we book in advance for the Universal Studio tickerts? It's sold out today! DAMN! Well, have to postpone now.... Sigh.....

~ Happy Birthday Mummy (Part 2) ~

Pop by MBS to visit my bro's Orchid Suite. Nespresso machine for your daily dose of caffaine.

The dining table and the comfy coach which we caught Argentina Vs Germany on tv.

The 360 degree swirl LCD TV that brought us the exciting match.

The King sized bed that seems small due to the huge room.

They have BATH TUB! How unfair! I wanted to soak in the tub the other day to relax only to find they do not have it. PLUS they have glass doors for the shower area and the Poo Poo area.

Even the lotions, shampoos etc are in bigger packaging.. Duh!

Their view of the city of Singapore.

Click to view the paronama view of the room. Pardon the messy-ness. You can never get a neat room when my brother is around.

A mini cake I bought at Swiss Bake for mummy! She didn't get to join us for her birthday dinner hence a little cake to celebrate.

Do you know why my mummy looks so young? If my memory serves me right, I have never seen her blow a candle or have a birthday cake before!

She will age this year!

Happy Birthday Mummy! :)

~ Happy Birthday Mummy (Part 1) ~

Domani cafe, previously known as Pasta cafe at Ngee Ann City. My choice of dinner place after our shopping at the orchard area.

My mum was supposed to meet us at Orchard after she has checked my brother in at MBS but after seeing what a great room it was, she was to lazy to venture out.

Thus instead of her shopping for a dress for my wedding, Ro and I went shopping for our clothes and not forgetting to keep an eye out for my mum's dress. Sad to say, nothing that would fancy her.

Menu with the outlook of a magazine greeted us. Soup, tapas and pasta.. Yummy looking pictures..

Creamy mushroom soup that Mr Ro once again felt bland.. I thought it was pretty good.

Calamari with just the right amount of batter. Chewy and crispy.

Our C Boost. Guava juice to be exact. It tasted like freshly squeezed.

Mr Ro's creamy chicken. Grilled chicken in white pasta cream sauce.

My all time favourite here. Slipper lobster with Fettucine. Not a fan of tomato sauce based pasta, this is the only cafe that I would attend since it is tomato cream.

A photo of Mr Ro smiling. I have so many photo of his 'act-cool' non-smiling photos that I didn't scrap any. Looking so unhappy how to scrap like he is right?

Me with my messy hair. Look at the paper bags to my left.. Yep, proof of shopping :P

One of the paper bags being from Four Seasons Hotel.

Yep, we collected our wedding cards. Just realised this is not rotated but sorry, just bear with it k? It's like 137am as I am blogging this (I normally re-adjust the date and time to reflect the day the event happened).

And a romper for me, a gift from Mr Ro coz he bought himself yet another Tommy Hilfiger shirt while I was still thinking whether to get this romper anot. Hey! His shirt can buy 3 x of my romper k! My attire for tomorrow's RWS~!

Dead Beat....

Our plans to shop at Orchard went down the drain when both of us had to work slightly late today. It wasn't a surprise as we have been putting in long hours for this week. A simple dinner at the tze char stall at the Hougang food court. Our stir-fried baby kai lan.

Our seaweed soup that turned out to be salted vegetable soup. Too tired to demand for a change, I told Ro they probably know we have 'giam chye mia' thus they made this soup to suit us.

My all time favourite salted egg prawns. Somehow I find them a tad too sweet this time. Not too sure if I was being abit too dramatic, I tot I tasted the sugar grains in them. In any case, a nice end to the busy week. Reports to be done over the weekend. Let's hope the datas get refreshed quickly.
