It's gona be a good year seeing that Blogger is working on my home PC. It's been out of order for a week! BOoooo.....

Celebrations starts on Friday 7th August 09 with the colleagues.
Fabulous company on my birthday lunch at a Japanese Restaurant in International Plaza. Collagen infused soup!









And the long awaited scrapbooking! I am officially HOOKED!
Even Ro enjoyed himself. Being the only guy in the class, I noticed the teacher gave him slightly more attention and that is good! He loves it and said he wouldnt mind going for the intermediate class with me.. HORRAY!!!

Anyway we went for Santouka after the class! My favourite ramen place..
I'm a avid fan of ramen and so far, no other place can manage to win Santouka's place in my heart! :)


Guess where I went for my bdae? It's marina barrage!

OMG.. I almost didn't get to go there! We waited about 45 mins for the shuttle bus (wished we had a car at that time) and Mr Ro was practically dripping in his sweat! Grouchy and irritated as he is, nobody dares to talk to him! He maintained his grouchy attitude all the way till dinner which is at 6pm, thus the un-smiling photos that you see! Kekekekekeke...



I totally have to rave about the 7th storey restaurant. I'm not sure if its coz I'm so freaking hunger after the tour, or that it really taste like the oldie hainanese taste close to my heart. But the hainanese pork chops are GOOD! Just like the one i used to go to next to raffles hotel! (We always go there.. I went there even before i was born!)Yummylicious! Must try okay? Its at the marina barrage :)

All in all a very very happy day (despite the hot hot hot weather and the minor squabbles we have due to the weather). Even mr button was happy! He was estatic when everyone adjorned to my house for cake cutting :)

Pardon the oily face during my cake cutting, whole day out in the sun does that to me.
And hor, I love my dress although I had to force myself to squeeze it in!
And and hor, I take back my word about not consolidating all in a page, really so many photos I wan to show that I have to put them into a page if not I'll die out of exhaustion trying to load the pictures onto blogger :P
O Ya, last one, photos at Santouka with Ro in his hp coz my cammie died on me. Shame on you cammie! so we just have to wait for him to send me.

PS: Mr Ro, u see i arrange the coke cups around my cake just like your birthday photo when you were young! Coke cups replacing the vitagen you had :P

Went for dinner at raffles place TCC with Eve for our 2nd project meeting..
Everything is kinda firmed up so it wont be long till our stuff is up!!

My Early Early Birthday Celebration

Went to JB with Ro on Saturday. It's been ages since I last went in and I'm in need of new shoes! (Oops!)I mean it's been ages since I last saw Uncle & Auntie and I'm missing them! :P

Uncle & Auntie gave me a treat at my favourite dinning place in Malaysia. Seafood at Sentosa! My Favourite favourite butter crayfish! 1st on my seafood list! (2nd is Salted egg yolk crab)

And hor, after dinner uncle insisted on getting me a cake. He even have to come up with the excuse of having cravings for cake just to get us to agree in getting one. Whahahaha.. That's how mean we are!



Very ugly pictures coz halfway thru the cake cutting my right eye became really red with irritation. See! I even had to change to specs to enjoy my cake!

I'm thankful that I have great future parents-in-law! :)

Van's Farewell...

Time really flies and today is Van's last day with us.
From a green horn till a lady that can sprout technical jargon with no difficulties. Only thing is that till now she still cant really read the JCR! Kekekekekeke...
Everyone had fun posing with her and her nice Precious Moments Ballerina which we got her.. Oh, Btw,She's a ballerina! A lady of talents!

To Changi & Beyond !!!

Went for J&J Corporate event - Harry Potter & the Half Blood Prince screening at Vivo!!

A very big thank you to Wai Ling for the free tickets and the reservation of 2 strategically positioned seating. :) I likey! Cant wait for the next Harry Potter movie to be out.

Ro had to go home thus I went on to Changi Airport to meet Mae Sie.. Yep, the cast of Sex in the City, Oops i mean Genting is back today!

Reached Changi at 5pm, walked about to buy the papers. Mae Sie was coming from Parkway so she should reach shortly too. We will be able to laze around at Coffee Bean, sipping hot chocolate and read the papers while waiting for the 4 aunties to arrive.

5:18pm Mae Sie sms to inform she's on the shuttle bus le! Yipppe!! But hor, she's on the wrong bus :S Supposed to take to Bedok to take train but she took the Eunos bus!! >.<

Stood at the mrt station control to wait for her.. Shouldnt be long till she reach bah. MRT very fast de.

Meanwhile... I became the photographer of Changi Airport MRT Station. Took a couple of shots for DIFFERENT tourist. Hmmmm... Since I'm born on National Day, I have to assume the role of the Singapore Ambassador rite? :P

So bored me started to..... CAMWHORE! Seriously the place is so empty in between the train arrival timing thus nobody saw what I was doing.. Kekekekekeke..

605pm Mae Sie sms to double confirm I am at the T2 station control. YEAH! She's finally reaching le. So hungry and tired.

610pm I see her coming down from the escalator.. Obviously she exit T3 exit lor.. She really very blur today lor! Poor gal.. Must be too tired le.

So we finally met up and took the skytrain to T1. Must guard her in case she took the one to T3. whahahahahaha.. Acutally I suggest that she take to T3 to round it all up! Whahahahahaha...

She is so fair lor. I dun like Teochews.. All so fair.. Mae Sie fair, Janet fair, Sancia also fair... I look like negro beside them.

O Ya, Na Na oso fair but she is not Teochew... whahahahahaha.. Maybe EVERYONE is fair except me!

Had Popeye chicky at T3 before heading for home. Mum enjoyed the bar chor mee there so I guess we will be back for more food soon! :)

PS: Baby didnt really miss Grandma when she was away at Genting but he loves the luggage bag that Grandma used! Just nice for him. :D

O Ya! Macy's face is getting longer by the day! Look at the chin! Braces really does wonders to the face shape.. Dr Loh should consider being an aesthetic surgeon..Kekekekekeke
